By using iWidgetWork’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional instructions provided during the project.
Scope of Work
iWidgetWork provides widget installation, customization, troubleshooting, and website support. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and access
- Clearly describe the issue or request
- Approve or request revisions within the allowed timeframe
- Back up your website before work begins
Service Limitations
- Not responsible for issues caused by third-party themes or hosting
- Not responsible for downtime unrelated to our work
- Not responsible for future changes made by others
- Not responsible for platform updates that break widgets
Liability
iWidgetWork is not liable for data loss, website errors caused by external factors, or damages resulting from misuse after service completion.
Revisions
Revisions apply only to the original request. New features require a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed work. Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has begun.
Termination
iWidgetWork may refuse or terminate service for abusive behavior, illegal content, or unethical requests.
Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
